•  It's easy and convenient to let us handle the phone calls (and phone tag).
•  We know our contractors best. Our contractors have been interviewed extensively on their preferred type of jobs, license limitations, area's of town they will work in, skill level, etc. This means that even though one contractor did a great job for you, we may have someone else in mind for your sister across the River that may be a better fit. 
•  We check license, insurance, BBB complaints, Board of Contractors complaints and these surveys regularly. If someone is no longer doing a good job for our customers, we'd like to refer someone who is.
•  Contractors sometimes retire, move, get sick, go on vacation, etc. We keep up with these schedules and can best make the right referral.
• When a contractor upgrades their license, they frequently go after larger jobs. We know which contractors to refer for each job. In fact we have many contractors who grow from the business we give them, that even though they were handymen when they started with us, they are now doing additions, renovations, etc.
• We cannot monitor the performance of our contractor if we don't know about the job. All jobs going through River City Referrals are monitored and checked on to ensure the customer has their needs attended to. 
•  We're a family owned local area business who make our living meeting your needs. We depend on your referrals and conitnued use of our services to thrive. We want to be around for a long time to meet your needs.
